‘The girls are all so beautiful, so for me it wasn’t about plastering them in make-up,’ says Victoria Beckham. ‘All the girls had a facial by Melanie Grant before the show. It was really about looking after their skin, being kind to their skin, hydrating their skin.’

Melanie Grant prepped the models with the new Victoria Beckham Beauty Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum, £180. ‘It’s suitable for everyone, is extremely calming and hydrating and every model has commented on how nice it feels on their skin.’ The best application technique: ‘Always massage the product in an upwards direction, until the product has really sunk in,’ advises Grant. Following the serum, she applied the Victoria Beckham Beauty Cell Rejuvenating Primal Moisturiser, £92, which was created in collaboration with skincare genius, Augustinus Bader.

Augustinus Bader, who was backstage at Victoria Beckham, explains, ‘The cream is a stand-alone product that can be used on it’s own. But for dry skin types, that need more of a hydration hit, you can layer the cream on top the serum to really give that long-lasting protection and moisture.’
